This letter is in reference to Audrey Rusher.
As a director/choreographer, I have worked with Miss Rusher on
numerous occasions over several years. She has worked with me as a
dancer and also as an assistant director.
As a dancer, she is an incredible talent with excellent technique. Her
stage presence can be breathtaking. She is a pure natural in every
sense of the word. Classically trained, she is well – rounded in many
different styles of dance, and capable of executing most anything she is
given. She is a quick study, conscientious, reliable, and while not
always perfectly consistent, she will always come through beautifully. I
love working with artists like Audrey. She brings an openness and
willingness along with her considerable talents, and with good direction,
she can be utterly sublime.
Audrey assisted me with a production show. She was responsible for
scheduling rehearsals, directing rehearsals, and cleaning. She also
choreographed several pieces. Not surprisingly, her work was terrific.
Imaginative, strong, and visually well crafted. I was very impressed.
She conducted herself as a professional and was very on top of all issues
that arise with any show. She thinks independently and takes care of
things in short order. She did a great job. Most recently, she directed
and choreographed a show on her own. I heard nothing but good things
about it and rave reviews. In this capacity, she then has the ability as a
dancer to keep the bigger picture in mind.
In essence, she has my highest recommendation. She is a jewel, and the
fact is she will bring much to any project or show she is involved in.
